Goodnight Mister Tom Day

Our Goodnight Mister Tom school literacy theme day.

Join us at COAM for a literacy focused day, inspired by the beloved book Goodnight Mister Tom by Michelle Magorian. Based in an original Second World War era Nissen Hut, students will explore themes of wartime Britain through immersive storytelling, creative writing activities, and hands-on experiences that bring the novel’s setting and characters to life. A powerful way to deepen their understanding of history and nurture their love of literature.
