Forest School

Bring your students to COAM for a Forest School experience. Workshops take place in our beautiful woodland environment with an abundance of natural materials available for exploration and use. Forest School workshops take place on term-time Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The outdoor environment can have great benefits for childrenโ€™s education, wellbeing and physical/emotional development. Forest Schools have their origins in Scandinavia, where traditions of a sense of connection to nature inspired a system of outdoor education settings.
