Festive Weekend 2024: Stallholder Information

Thank you for your interest in having a stall at this year’s Festive Weekend Artisan Craft Market which takes place on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th December.

The event officially opens to the public at 10am and closes at 4pm, with gates opening for stall set-up at 8am.

Please note that the museum will be open and visitors will be paying an entry fee.

How to apply

Please fill in an application form in the stallholder information pack below and once we have considered your application, we will to contact you to confirm if you have been successful and arrange payment of the pitch fee. We have a limited number of pitches available and selection will be based on ensuring we have a balance of stalls and avoid duplication of products.

 Pitches

We have the last remaining inside pitch available for Saturday 7th December only in either one of our rustic barns or other exhibit building, comprising a single table measuring approximately 1.8m in length priced at £35 for the day. We are also now offering outside bring-your-own gazebo pitches for both days at £25 per day.

Please note that there is minimal or no heating in any location and we are unable to provide an electricity supply so anything requiring power must be battery-operated.

All stallholders must have public liability insurance to take part in this event. This is a necessary requirement and you will be asked for your public liability insurance details on the application form.

 Payment of pitch fee

Once you have been offered a pitch, we will let you have details of how to pay. Your stall booking is not accepted until payment has been made in full.
