Spring Walk through the Wild Woods

Join us for a guided walk though our woodland

Join local bushcraft expert, David Willis, for a guided walk through the Museum’s woodland and enjoy a special connection with nature. You will learn about the woods, the flora and fauna and you will also be natures detectives; exploring and using our senses to identify the trees and plants, looking at the shapes of leaves, feeling the bark (tree hugging optional) and smelling them too, and perhaps a little foraging!

Meet on the Museum’s Village Green next to the lime tree for a 2pm start. Please arrive at COAM no later than 1.45pm. This walk is a included within the Museum’s admission price.
